100% Arabica. Slightly fruity, with notes of chocolate. Grown between 1500 and 2100 metres and picked by hand. Fine acidity, unusual berry fruitiness, and full bodied due to slow growth of the berries at higher altitude and cooler temperatures. Bought at Big Ben.
